Return & Exchange

Exchange Policy

If the order was delivered matching the confirmed specifications (size / color) but the customer wants to exchange it for another size or color, our team will request photos of the product to ensure it is in its original condition.

An exchange order will then be arranged and the customer will pay a shipping fee of 60 EGP.

If the order arrives with a different size or color than requested, or if there is a manufacturing defect, our team will request photos of the product and arrange an exchange free of shipping charges.

Return Policy

If the customer receives the order without inspection and requests a return, photos of the product will be required.

A return request will be processed and 100 EGP will be deducted from the total paid amount for shipping and handling.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
